DOMS Industries posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 603.27 cr, up 18.8% YoY, but net profit fell 22.7% to Rs 42.87 cr from Rs 55.46 cr. EBITDA margins compressed sharply from about 18.2% to 12.7% on higher material and employee costs. Consolidated revenue grew 19.3% to Rs 670.51 cr; PAT at Rs 45.28 cr. Company acquired Reynolds Pens India business for Rs 35 cr, effective July 1, 2026. Auditor Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified review report.
Mixed results: strong revenue growth offset by sharp margin compression and profit decline. Reynolds acquisition may aid future growth.
