On the reaction day the stock moved 2.2 pts more than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 1.6 pts more than its Healthcare Service Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 and H1 FY2025-26 results were approved; the auditor reported no material misstatement. Standalone revenue rose 12.9% to INR 2,750 million in Q2; H1 revenue edged up to INR 6,407 million. The board declared a second interim dividend of INR 7 per share, record date November 7, and proposed a 1:1 bonus issue of about 83.78 million shares. The bonus needs shareholder approval. Standalone results were restated after the Suburban Diagnostics liquidation.
The dividend and bonus may lift investor interest, but revenue growth was modest. The bonus adds no value and raises share count; approval is pending.
