The Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY27 results. Q2 revenue was INR 86.7 billion, down 1.5 percent year on year, and profit attributable to shareholders was INR 9.25 billion, down 36 percent. EBITDA margin was 20.6 percent versus 26.7 percent a year earlier, but improved from 12.5 percent in Q1. H1 revenue fell 3.5 percent to INR 167.4 billion; profit fell 52 percent to INR 13.7 billion. Q1 included an INR 2.397 billion semaglutide provision.
Lower revenue, profit and margins signal near-term pressure, though the quarterly margin rebound and INR 25 billion net cash offer support.
