CRISIL noted the company's strong financial risk profile, with low debt, sizeable net worth, and free cash and liquid funds of approximately Rs. 120 crore as of March 2025. The company clarified it is not currently using fund-based facilities given adequate cash reserves, and is working with clients to explore alternative engagement models and new service offerings outside the airport segment to mitigate the impact.
The rating affirmation shows CRISIL still views Dreamfolks as financially sound, but the 'Watch with Negative Implications' signals concern about business risk from the loss of key client programs. This could pressure the stock in the short term, though the strong liquidity of ~Rs. 120 crore provides a cushion. The watch will be resolved once there is greater clarity on the business impact.
