Dynamatic Technologies reported its Q1 FY26 results on August 7, 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹17,760 lakhs from ₹14,829 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 20%. Standalone profit after tax jumped to ₹1,535 lakhs from ₹928 lakhs (up ~65%), with EPS at ₹22.61 versus ₹13.61 earlier. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to ₹37,093 lakhs from ₹34,628 lakhs (up ~7%), but consolidated profit after tax dipped marginally to ₹1,077 lakhs from ₹1,139 lakhs, mainly due to a net loss at four subsidiary units. Both Hydraulics and Aerospace segments showed stronger revenues and profits on a standalone basis, though consolidated Hydraulics segment profit fell sharply. The statutory auditor, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, issued an unmodified (clean) limited review conclusion on both sets of results.
The strong standalone numbers — particularly the sharp jump in profit — are positive for shareholders and could support the stock in the near term. However, the slight dip in consolidated PAT and weak performance of certain overseas subsidiaries are minor watchpoints. Overall, a clean auditor review and healthy segment growth suggest a stable quarter.
