Board approved Q2 and H1 FY26 results. Standalone Q2 revenue rose 9.4% YoY to 18,255 lakhs but PAT fell 29.7% to 1,475 lakhs. Consolidated Q2 revenue grew 8.6% to 39,238 lakhs but PAT dropped 72.5% to 331 lakhs due to an exceptional charge of 688 lakhs for UK subsidiary DLUK restructuring. Board also approved a new wholly owned subsidiary Dynauton Limited to enter the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) business. Auditors Deloitte gave an unmodified review opinion.
Mixed quarter: revenue grew but profit fell sharply on UK restructuring charges. New UAV subsidiary adds long-term growth optionality.
