Standalone revenue grew 44.7% YoY to Rs 21,826 lakhs; consolidated revenue up 34.7% to Rs 42,487 lakhs. Standalone PAT fell to Rs 412 lakhs (vs Rs 1,021) hit by a Rs 1,095 lakhs one-time Labour code cost. Excluding this, standalone PAT was Rs 1,222 lakhs. Consolidated PAT was Rs 577 lakhs (up from Rs 353). Board declared Rs 5 per share (50%) interim dividend; record date 13 Feb 2026. UK subsidiary DLUK Hydraulics restructuring continues with Rs 688 lakhs redundancy provision. Auditor Deloitte gave an unmodified review opinion.
Strong revenue growth but one-time Labour code charge and UK restructuring costs dented profits. Rs 5/share interim dividend is a positive for shareholders.
