Dynavision Limited's board approved unaudited financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 (ended September 30, 2025). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations fell to Rs. 441.26 lakhs in H1 FY26 from Rs. 537.00 lakhs in H1 FY25, largely because the solar power project segment was shifted to its subsidiary Dynavision Green Solutions Limited. Standalone profit after tax dropped to Rs. 279.82 lakhs (vs Rs. 311.26 lakhs), translating to EPS of Rs. 7.29. On a consolidated basis, revenue rose modestly to Rs. 673.86 lakhs from Rs. 657.06 lakhs, while PAT slipped to Rs. 253.04 lakhs from Rs. 278.90 lakhs; the subsidiary itself posted a small loss of Rs. 19.30 lakhs. The auditor (R. Subramanian and Company LLP) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter items. The board also approved in-principle redevelopment of two commercial spaces in Chennai, reversing its earlier plan to sell them.
Mixed picture for shareholders – core rental income is steady but reported standalone revenue and profits are lower year-on-year, while the new redevelopment plan for the Chennai properties could unlock longer-term value. Clean auditor report and positive operating cash flows (Rs. 118.75 lakhs standalone, Rs. 334.10 lakhs consolidated) are reassuring for near-term stability.
