E-Land Apparel reported a sharp deterioration in its September 2025 quarter results. Revenue from operations fell to Rs. 3,374.68 lakhs, down about 24% from Rs. 4,439.22 lakhs in the same quarter last year. The company swung to a quarterly loss of Rs. 1,943.51 lakhs versus a small loss of Rs. 33.13 lakhs a year ago. For the half year, total revenue came in at Rs. 10,645.43 lakhs (vs Rs. 12,958.13 lakhs) with a loss of Rs. 2,450.36 lakhs compared to a profit of Rs. 352.73 lakhs in H1 FY25. The auditor flagged a going concern uncertainty, noting accumulated losses have fully eroded the company's net worth, which stood at negative Rs. 50,928.24 lakhs. Management stated the parent (Korean holding company E-Land) has confirmed continued financial support. Operating cash flow for the half year was negative at Rs. 189.71 lakhs.
Negative for shareholders — widening losses, deep revenue decline, fully eroded net worth, and an explicit going concern flag from auditors weigh heavily on the stock. However, continued backing from the Korean parent provides a floor against immediate insolvency risk.
