Eco Hotels and Resorts approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated results for Q1FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026). Standalone revenue from operations stood at Rs 217.98 lakhs, up sharply from Rs 28.77 lakhs in the year-ago quarter but down from Rs 247.24 lakhs in the preceding quarter (Q4FY26). The company posted a net loss of Rs 408.08 lakhs in Q1FY27 versus a loss of Rs 119.19 lakhs a year ago, while total expenses surged to Rs 629.10 lakhs. Management said banquet, F&B sales and occupancy were hit by the Middle East war and gas crisis during April–June 2026. The Board also re-appointed M/s K.M. Garg & Co. as Statutory Auditor for five years, appointed a new Internal Auditor, and extended the payment deadline for partly paid Rights Issue shares to August 31, 2026.
Sharp revenue growth from a very small base is overshadowed by widening year-on-year losses and rising costs, keeping the stock in a loss-making, capital-intensive phase. Existing shareholders with partly paid Rights shares face forfeiture risk if the August 31 deadline is missed.
