Ecoboard Industries Q1 FY27 total income grew to Rs. 1,122.36 lakh from Rs. 804.14 lakh last year, a jump of about 40 percent. However, loss before tax was Rs. 364.58 lakh, only marginally better than the Rs. 366.10 lakh loss a year ago. Auditor flagged contingent liabilities of over Rs. 1,800 lakh in pending excise and income-tax demands. Board approved a new internal auditor and the FY26 annual report with AGM notice.
Revenue growth is positive but bottom line is still in red, with large contingent tax demands creating downside risk if appeals fail.
