The Board of Econo Trade (India) Ltd approved the unaudited standalone financial results for Q2 FY26 (July–September 2025) and the half-year ended September 30, 2025, along with a Limited Review Report from statutory auditor H S K & Co LLP. Revenue from operations for Q2 stood at Rs 145.94 lakhs, up from Rs 128.63 lakhs in the year-ago quarter (about 13% growth). Net profit for Q2 came in at Rs 67.10 lakhs versus Rs 53.98 lakhs a year earlier, translating to an EPS of Rs 0.36 (vs Rs 0.29). For the half-year, revenue was Rs 274.57 lakhs and net profit was Rs 121.08 lakhs, with EPS of Rs 0.65 (vs Rs 0.56 in H1 FY25). The company, which operates primarily in lending and borrowing, also saw borrowings drop sharply from Rs 2,370.76 lakhs to Rs 1,222.87 lakhs over the six months.
Results show steady double-digit profit growth and a clean auditor review, which is supportive. However, the absolute scale of operations remains very small (total income under Rs 1.5 crore for the quarter), so the stock is likely to remain thinly traded and event-driven rather than seeing meaningful price reaction.
