Board approved un-audited Q1 FY27 results. Total income rose to Rs 167.52 lakhs from Rs 129.89 lakhs in Q1 FY26, about 29% higher. However, net profit dropped to Rs 32.67 lakhs from Rs 53.98 lakhs, down nearly 39%, as total expenses doubled to Rs 122.55 lakhs. Profit before tax fell to Rs 44.97 lakhs from Rs 70.90 lakhs. The Board also approved shifting the Kolkata admin office to a new address.
Mixed signals: strong top-line growth, but sharp expense rise led to significant margin compression and lower profits versus last year.
