Ecoplast Limited, a plastic film manufacturer, reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs. 3,607.20 lakhs, up about 8% from Rs. 3,339.19 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, revenue rose to Rs. 10,613.99 lakhs from Rs. 9,414.18 lakhs, a growth of around 12.7%. Despite the top-line growth, standalone profit after tax fell to Rs. 139.09 lakhs in Q3 (from Rs. 210.95 lakhs a year ago) and to Rs. 547.69 lakhs for 9M FY26 (from Rs. 604.48 lakhs). Employee costs, raw material costs and depreciation all rose sharply, squeezing margins. The auditor's limited review report is clean with no qualifications.
Revenue is growing but profitability is under pressure, with Q3 PAT down roughly 34% YoY and 9M PAT down around 9% — a negative signal on margins despite steady sales. Short-term sentiment may be weak until cost pressures ease.
