Edelweiss Financial Services has announced early closure of its public issue of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value Rs 1,000 each. Base issue size is up to Rs 150 crore with option to retain oversubscription up to Rs 150 crore, aggregating up to Rs 300 crore. The issue will now close on September 29, 2026, instead of the earlier scheduled October 5, 2026.
Early closure suggests strong investor demand for the NCD issue, enabling faster completion of the fundraise.
