Board approved consolidated Q2 FY26 results. Consolidated PAT (pre minority interest) rose 28% YoY to Rs 175 Cr; H1 PAT up 25% to Rs 278 Cr. Total income fell to Rs 1,900 Cr in Q2 from Rs 2,842 Cr YoY, mainly due to lower fair value gains. Board approved raising up to Rs 1,000 Cr via public issue of non-convertible debentures. Auditors Nangia and Co LLP issued unmodified opinion. Corporate net debt down 10% to Rs 6,610 Cr over two years. Insurance businesses on track for breakeven by FY27. Customer base grew 31% YoY to 12 million.
Profit growth and debt reduction positive for shareholders. Rs 1,000 Cr NCD plan adds leverage but supports business growth and balance sheet.
