On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.0 pts more than its Holding Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

SEBI issued a settlement order to EAAA India Alternatives, a wholly owned subsidiary, over alleged non-compliance with Alternative Investment Funds Regulations. EAAA will pay Rs 61,42,500 and will not engage with the named officials for 12 months. The company says the matter is procedural and has no material effect.
The Rs 61.42 lakh payment is immaterial, and management says it does not affect finances, operations or ongoing activities.
