Educomp Solutions has filed the 31st AGM notice for March 10, 2026 via video conferencing. Items include adoption of FY25 audited financials, appointment of new statutory auditor GDR and Associates LLP for 5 years at Rs 4 lakh per annum, and secretarial auditor Vimal Chadha and Associates for 5 years.
