EIH Associated Hotels posted Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 5,832.70 lakhs, down 17.6 percent YoY. H1 revenue fell 6.1 percent to Rs 12,707.05 lakhs. Profit after tax rose sharply to Rs 276.90 lakhs in Q2 from Rs 208.12 lakhs, and H1 PAT jumped 58 percent to Rs 894.50 lakhs versus Rs 566.10 lakhs. H1 EPS stood at Rs 1.47. The quarter included a Rs 83.99 lakh exceptional gain on disposal of assets at Trident Jaipur, which is closed for renovation since July 2025. The Cochin hotel was sub-leased last year. Auditor Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP gave an unqualified limited review.
Profitability rose sharply on cost cuts and exceptional gains even as the top line slipped. Watch Trident Jaipur renovation and Cochin sub-lease revenue.
