EIH Limited Q3 FY26: Standalone revenue grew 12% YoY to Rs 778.97 crores, but PAT fell to Rs 198.51 crores (down 9.7%) after a Rs 29.09 crore exceptional charge for new Labour Codes. Consolidated revenue rose 9% to Rs 872.9 crores; PAT was Rs 254.75 crores. Nine-month consolidated PAT fell nearly 20% to Rs 408 crores. The Oberoi Grand Kolkata is shut for major renovation. The long-running Wildflower Hall dispute was settled with MRL shares transferred to Himachal Pradesh. Deloitte gave a clean limited review.
Core revenue growth is strong, but one-time Labour Code charge and Oberoi Grand renovation closure weigh on near-term earnings.
