On the reaction day the stock moved 7.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 7.4 pts more than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved allotment of 1,50,000 equity shares on conversion of equal number of warrants at Rs. 55 each (including Rs. 45 premium) to promoter group entity Lenus Finvest Private Limited on preferential basis. Company received Rs. 61.87 lakh as balance 75 percent of the issue price. Post-allotment, Lenus Finvest holding rises from 17.34 percent to 18.18 percent. Paid-up equity capital increases to Rs. 14.80 crore (1,48,00,854 shares). All warrants held by Lenus Finvest now fully converted; 24,95,000 warrants remain pending conversion by other allottees.
Slight promoter shareholding increase, minor dilution for existing shareholders, no fresh fundraising as conversion was already committed.
