The board of Ekansh Concepts Limited approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with the statutory auditors issuing an unmodified (clean) opinion. For FY25, revenue from operations declined about 9.4% to ₹3,931.78 lakhs from ₹4,340.23 lakhs in FY24. Despite the revenue dip, the company swung from a net loss of ₹326.61 lakhs in FY24 to a net profit of ₹188.61 lakhs in FY25, with EPS of ₹1.25 versus a loss of ₹2.16. Q4 FY25 standalone net profit stood at ₹166.55 lakhs on total income of ₹818.13 lakhs. On the balance sheet, total borrowings fell sharply from ₹5,408.36 lakhs to ₹1,113.24 lakhs, and operating cash flow turned strongly positive at ₹2,503.70 lakhs (from a negative ₹3,759.36 lakhs). Additionally, CFO Heeralal Agarwal resigned for personal reasons (he continues as Whole-Time Director), and Mahesh Birla was appointed as the new CFO effective May 7, 2025. Nidhi Bajaj & Associates was also appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY26–FY30), subject to shareholder approval.
The turnaround to profitability, sharp debt reduction, and positive operating cash flow are encouraging signs for shareholders, even though top-line revenue declined. The clean audit opinion removes a key overhang, while the CFO transition and shareholder approval needed for the new secretarial auditor appointment add minor near-term governance considerations.
