Elecon Engineering declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.50 per share (50% of Rs 1 face value) for FY2025-26, with a 16 October 2025 record date and payment from 3 November 2025. Consolidated Q2 FY26 revenue rose 13.8% to Rs 578.1 crore and profit after tax was Rs 87.7 crore. H1 revenue rose 18.7% to Rs 1,068.7 crore and profit rose 63.4% to Rs 263.2 crore, but excluding one-off gains H1 profit was Rs 156 crore, down 2.9%.
Interim dividend adds cash income for eligible shareholders; Q2 profit was flat and H1 growth relied on one-off gains, so the stock outlook is mixed.
