Consolidated Q2 FY26 revenue rose 13.8% to INR 578.13 crore, while PAT was flat at INR 87.72 crore and adjusted EBITDA margin eased to 21.7% from 22.1%. H1 revenue rose 18.7% to INR 1,068.70 crore and reported PAT rose 63.4% to INR 263 crore, helped by arbitration income and an INR 80.47 crore exceptional fair-value gain. Adjusted H1 PAT fell 2.9% to INR 156 crore. The board declared INR 0.50 per share interim dividend.
Revenue growth and dividend may support sentiment, but lower adjusted profit and margins show a weak core business despite one-off gains.
