Elin Electronics reported FY2026 standalone revenue of Rs 9,879.48 million, up 7.75% from Rs 9,169.08 million in FY2025. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 12,591.39 million from Rs 11,518.28 million, a 9.3% increase. Standalone PAT grew to Rs 213.28 million from Rs 201.72 million, but consolidated PAT declined significantly to Rs 225.91 million from Rs 293.22 million (down 23%). Q4 standalone showed a net loss of Rs 10.09 million versus a profit of Rs 43.96 million in Q4 FY25. The company recorded an exceptional item of Rs 7.42 million due to new labour codes. Operating cash flows remained healthy at Rs 443.62 million (standalone) and Rs 537.82 million (consolidated). Auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results. The Board also cancelled 2,00,000 ESOP options, re-designated a director, and re-appointed independent directors.
The stock shows mixed signals with revenue growth but declining profitability, particularly on consolidated basis. The clean audit opinion and positive operating cash flows provide comfort, though shareholders should monitor the Q4 loss and PAT decline in consolidated results.
