On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Household Appliances peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026): Standalone revenue rose 8.7% YoY to Rs. 2,543.57M while consolidated revenue grew 22.9% to Rs. 3,548.02M. A fire at the Ghaziabad factory caused an exceptional loss of Rs. 246.55M. Standalone PAT swung to a loss of Rs. 198.94M versus a profit of Rs. 213.28M a year ago. Consolidated PAT was a loss of Rs. 214.14M. Affected assets are insured but no recovery has been booked yet. Board also dissolved the Risk Management Committee.
Near-term hit from fire loss; underlying operating margins also weakened. Insurance recovery is the key catalyst to watch for stock support.
