Board approved audited FY26 results on Sep 21. Consolidated revenue rose 9.2x to Rs 5,074.80 Cr and PAT grew 2.7x to Rs 185.06 Cr, boosted by edible-oil subsidiaries consolidated from Sep 2025. Auditor issued a qualified opinion and flagged material uncertainty on going concern, citing pending SEBI, GST, IBC and FDA seizure matters. Substantial GST demands of about Rs 442 Cr are pending. Internal auditor M/s Jain and Rajeev Associates was replaced by M/s Geeta and Co.
Strong reported growth, but audit qualifications, going concern uncertainty and large pending GST and SEBI cases warrant caution from investors.
