The Board of Elixir Capital Limited, at its meeting on 13th August 2026, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. On a standalone basis, the company reported a small loss after tax of Rs. 1.21 lakhs on total income of Rs. 3.60 lakhs, with negligible operational activity. On a consolidated basis, including subsidiaries (Elixir Equities, Elixir Wealth Management, and Dipan Mehta Commodities), revenue surged to Rs. 2,062 lakhs (up from Rs. 1,209 lakhs in Q1 FY26), and net profit after tax and minority interest jumped to Rs. 613.52 lakhs (vs. Rs. 272.60 lakhs). Consolidated EPS rose to Rs. 10.56 from Rs. 1.70. The statutory auditors (JMT & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report on both sets of results.
This is a strong quarter on a consolidated basis — revenue grew roughly 70% year-on-year and net profit more than doubled, suggesting the growth engine is the subsidiary businesses (wealth management and commodities) rather than the standalone NBFC activity. Standalone results remain marginal and loss-making, so investors should focus on the consolidated picture, which is much more relevant for valuation.
