Elixir Capital Limited's board approved audited annual results for the financial year ended 31-Mar-2025 at its meeting held on 16-May-2025. On a standalone basis, total income declined to Rs. 74.68 lakhs from Rs. 91.53 lakhs (down ~18%), with net profit after tax falling to ~Rs. 64 lakhs from ~Rs. 112 lakhs. On a consolidated basis (including subsidiaries Elixir Equities, Elixir Wealth Management, and Dipan Mehta Commodities), total revenue grew modestly to ~Rs. 2,096 lakhs (from ~Rs. 1,802 lakhs, up ~16%), with consolidated PAT of ~Rs. 88 lakhs. Statutory auditor JMT & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.25 per share (12.50%), subject to shareholder approval at the 31st AGM.
Clean audit opinion and dividend declaration are positives for shareholders, but the sharp decline in standalone revenue and profit (~43% drop in standalone PAT) is a concern. The consolidated business, driven by subsidiaries, remains the primary earnings contributor.
