On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.6 pts more than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Promoter group companies IGE India and Zenox Technology, along with the Dabriwala family, successfully delisted Elpro International from BSE. The fixed price delisting offer ran from August 4 to August 10, 2026. Minimum required shares were tendered, and after the offer, the acquirers and promoter group held over 90 percent of total equity shares. Motilal Oswal was the manager to the offer. Post Offer PA was published on August 12.
Public shareholders who tendered will receive the delisting price. The stock will be delisted from BSE shortly.
