EMA India Ltd posted a net loss of Rs 31.78 lakh in Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026), widening sharply from a loss of Rs 11.53 lakh in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations stayed at zero while total expenses surged to Rs 31.84 lakh from Rs 11.53 lakh, driven mostly by other expenses of Rs 28.96 lakh. Other income fell steeply to Rs 0.07 lakh from Rs 1.14 lakh. Loss per share stood at Rs 3.16 versus Rs 1.04 a year ago. Statutory auditors issued an unqualified limited review report. The board also approved shifting the registered office from Uttar Pradesh to Maharashtra and scheduled the 55th AGM for September 16, 2026.
Wider quarterly losses and continued absence of operating revenue raise concerns; stock may remain weak till revenue visibility improves.
