Board approved unaudited results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025. Quarter revenue fell to 450.61 crore from 495.09 crore, and profit after tax was 6.58 crore versus 7.59 crore. Half-year revenue fell to 910.37 crore from 998.78 crore, and profit after tax was 12.89 crore versus 20.39 crore. Operating cash flow rose to 122.55 crore from 16.86 crore. Auditor found no major issues. Preference shares were reclassified as debt.
Lower revenue and profit may pressure the stock, but cash flow improved. Reclassifying preference shares as debt also raises leverage.
