Emami Realty posted Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026) standalone loss of Rs 16.79 cr, narrower than Rs 50.79 cr loss in Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations fell to Rs 5.47 cr from Rs 5.85 cr. Lower other expenses (no big doubtful debt provisions this quarter) helped narrow losses. The board also dissolved the Demerger Committee. Auditor issued an unmodified review opinion but flagged the company's 10 percent interest in Lohitka Properties LLP whose results are pending.
Losses narrowed sharply but remain negative; reserves are negative at Rs 267.59 cr, signalling weak financial position despite Q1 improvement.
