On the reaction day the stock moved 1.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Emami Realty Q1 FY27 standalone loss narrowed to Rs 16.79 cr from Rs 50.79 cr a year ago, helped by the absence of large one-time provisions in the base quarter. Revenue from operations slipped to Rs 5.47 cr from Rs 5.85 cr, while total revenue fell to Rs 9.46 cr from Rs 14.16 cr. Finance cost stayed high at Rs 21.5 cr. Reserves are deeply negative at minus Rs 267.6 cr. Auditor gave an unmodified limited review but drew attention to Lohitka Properties LLP results not being consolidated. Board also dissolved the Demerger Committee.
Loss narrowed mainly due to base effect of prior provisions, not operational recovery. Revenue continues to decline and reserves are negative, signalling weak finances.
