Emami Realty's board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results on 13 Nov 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew 81% YoY to Rs 9.17 cr; H1 revenue up 58% to Rs 15 cr. But H1 standalone loss after tax widened sharply to Rs 86.37 cr from Rs 27.21 cr, hit by Rs 55.88 cr impairment on loans given. Reserves stay negative at Rs (164) cr. Total borrowings around Rs 1,896 cr. Auditor gave unmodified opinion.
Deepening losses and negative reserves raise going-concern concerns despite top-line growth. High debt of nearly Rs 1,900 cr amplifies risk.
