Emami Ltd reported consolidated revenue of ₹3.78 lakh crore for FY26, slightly down from ₹3.81 lakh crore in FY25. Full-year profit after tax (PAT) declined to ₹7,753 lakh from ₹8,027 lakh, while EBITDA dropped to ₹10,488 lakh from ₹10,932 lakh. Q4 FY26 showed revenue of ₹9,251 lakh and PAT of ₹1,432 lakh. The auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. An exceptional item of ₹1,015 lakh was recorded due to new labour code provisions. Post-year-end, the company announced plans to acquire remaining stake in Axiom Ayurveda (up to ₹200 crore) and 60% stake in IncNut Digital (up to ₹321 crore). Cash and cash equivalents improved to ₹1,768 lakh from ₹1,046 lakh.
The slight decline in revenue and profit indicates muted performance for FY26. However, the clean audit opinion and strong cash position are positives. The announced acquisitions signal strategic expansion intentions that could drive future growth.
