Emami reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,152 cr, up 9.7% YoY, with PAT at Rs 319 cr, up 14.5%. 9M revenue grew marginally to Rs 2,854 cr while 9M PAT dipped 1.3% to Rs 632 cr. Standalone PAT rose about 18% to Rs 330 cr. Board declared 2nd interim dividend of Rs 6 per share (600%), record date Feb 10. An exceptional charge of Rs 10.15 cr was booked for new labour codes impact.
Strong Q3 show and healthy dividend payout are positives; 9M PAT softness and one-time labour code charge are minor headwinds.
