Emami Ltd's Board approved audited FY2026 results showing consolidated revenue of ₹3,77,951 Lacs (down 0.8% from ₹3,80,919 Lacs). Profit after tax stood at ₹77,526 Lacs versus ₹80,274 Lacs in FY25, a decline of about 3.4%. EBITDA fell to ₹1,04,876 Lacs from ₹1,09,322 Lacs. Statutory auditors S.R. Batliboi & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The Board reappointed Vice-Chairman & MD Harsha Vardhan Agarwal for another 5-year term and M/s V.K. Jain & Co as Cost Auditors for FY27. An exceptional charge of ₹1,015 Lacs was recorded due to new labour codes implementation. The company also announced plans to acquire remaining 73.5% stake in Axiom Ayurveda (up to ₹200 Cr) and 60% stake in IncNut Digital (up to ₹321 Cr).
Revenue and profit decline for FY26 may put mild pressure on near-term stock performance, though clean audit opinion and new acquisitions signal growth intent. The large MAT credit of ₹61,837 Lacs on books provides future tax flexibility.
