Embassy Office Parks REIT allots 700 Crore NCDs at 7.49 percent

Embassy Office Parks REIT has allotted 70,000 secured, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures (Series XVII) on a private placement basis. The NCDs have a face value of Rs 1 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 700 crore principal, with consideration of Rs 700.241 crore received. Tenure is 3 years with a coupon rate of 7.49 percent per annum, payable quarterly from June 23, 2026. The issue was priced via BSE Electronic Book Building Platform and will be listed on BSE Wholesale Debt Market Segment.
