Embassy REIT tops GRESB 2026 Asia office rankings

Embassy Office Parks REIT scored 100% in the GRESB 2026 assessment for its Development portfolio for the third straight year, ranking No. 1 among 16 participants in the Asia office peer group. It retained its top 5-Star GRESB rating for both Development and Standing Investments. The Standing Investments portfolio scored 95% and ranked No. 1 among 48 participants in the Listed Office peer group, beating the peer average of 93.9 and GRESB average of 80.9. Embassy REIT is India first listed REIT and Asia largest office REIT by area.
