Emerald Finance, a Chandigarh-based NBFC, reported strong growth for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31.12.2025) on a standalone basis: total revenue from operations rose to ₹530.38 lakh from ₹341.62 lakh a year ago (~55% YoY), driven by both interest income (₹305.64 lakh vs ₹209.42 lakh) and fees-based income (₹224.75 lakh vs ₹132.20 lakh). Standalone profit after tax jumped to ₹315.23 lakh from ₹173.71 lakh (~82% YoY), with EPS of ₹0.913 (basic). On a consolidated basis, including subsidiary Eclat Net Advisors, total revenue from operations grew to ₹780.24 lakh (~36% YoY) and PAT rose to ₹399.79 lakh (~61% YoY). The auditor S. Lal Bansal & Co. issued an unmodified review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth driven by both interest and fee income signals healthy loan portfolio expansion and better monetisation. The clean auditor review and positive earnings momentum are supportive for shareholders, though this is a small-cap NBFC and the optically high growth also reflects a modest base.
