Emerald Finance reported Q2 FY27 gross income of ₹10.07 crore, up 45.8% year on year and 6.7% quarter on quarter. PAT was ₹5.31 crore, up 47.3% year on year and 8.8% quarter on quarter, taking first-half PAT above ₹10 crore. The loan book reached ₹131 crore. EWA processing fees and MSME interest income rose, while distribution income fell 7.7% quarter on quarter. The company also launched Emerald Ekam, combining salary access, loans, insurance and investments.
Strong profit growth, a larger loan book and a new cross-selling platform may support the stock, though quarterly distribution income declined.
