Emkay allotted 9.5 million convertible warrants to three investors at Rs 239.50 each, including a Rs 229.50 premium over face value. Each converts into one share within 18 months. The company received Rs 56.88 crore, or 25 percent, with 75 percent due on conversion. Antique Securities gets 7.5 million warrants; promoters get 2 million.
