Emkay Global Financial Services reported audited results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025 with strong profit growth. Standalone total revenue from operations rose to ₹31,535 lakhs (FY24: ₹25,325 lakhs, up ~24.5%), while profit after tax jumped to ₹5,891 lakhs (FY24: ₹2,447 lakhs, up ~141%). Basic EPS more than doubled to ₹23.64 from ₹9.93. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations grew ~18% to ₹33,617 lakhs and PAT rose ~75% to ₹5,683 lakhs. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹4 per share (₹1.50 normal + ₹2.50 special), a 40% payout on face value of ₹10. The company also allotted 4,600 unsecured NCDs worth ₹46 crore on private placement, rated [ICRA]BBB+(Positive). Two Managing Directors (Krishna Kumar Karwa and Prakash Kacholia) were re-appointed for 3 years from October 1, 2025, and M/s Parikh & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years. The auditor (S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP) issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
A clean audit, ~141% PAT growth on a standalone basis, a special dividend, and stable governance continuity are positive signals for shareholders. However, operating cash flow remained negative at ~₹1,952 lakhs, so investors should watch working capital trends even as reported profits have surged.
