On the reaction day the stock moved 0.6 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.8 pts more than its Stockbroking & Allied peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY26 (Sep 2025) consolidated revenue from operations fell 34% to Rs 7,208.58 lakh from Rs 10,856.36 lakh, and profit after tax dropped to Rs 45.95 lakh from Rs 2,590.66 lakh. Standalone posted a Rs 210.64 lakh loss and used Rs 2,610.13 lakh of operating cash in H1. Auditors found no issues. 95 lakh warrants at Rs 239.50 allotted, raising up to Rs 227.52 crore. ICRA reaffirmed BBB positive rating on debentures.
Weak results may pressure the stock; warrant conversion can dilute equity. Clean auditor review and positive ICRA rating on debentures are reassuring.
