Board approved Q1 FY27 results with an unqualified limited review. Consolidated net sales were flat at Rs 1,159.64M versus Rs 1,167.56M YoY, while consolidated PAT surged 54% to Rs 22.76M from Rs 14.81M, lifting EPS to Rs 1.18 from Rs 0.77. Standalone PAT rose 14% to Rs 19.28M. Board also appointed independent director Anuj Choksey for three years and two executive directors, Maithili Appalwar (CMD's daughter) and her spouse Yash Punjabi, plus cost auditors Joshi Apte and Associates for FY27. Shareholder approval is required within three months.
Strong profit growth despite flat revenue suggests margin gains. Family members joining the board may draw corporate governance attention from investors.
