Emmessar Biotech & Nutrition reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of INR 48.98 lakhs, up ~12.9% year-on-year from INR 43.38 lakhs. Total income for the quarter stood at INR 58.32 lakhs. Net profit after tax came in at INR 11.64 lakhs versus INR 1.72 lakhs in Q3 FY25 (the prior year base was depressed by a deferred tax adjustment). For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue from operations grew to INR 156.27 lakhs from INR 140.11 lakhs, while net profit was INR 40.17 lakhs versus INR 38.48 lakhs. Profit before tax for the nine-month period, however, declined to INR 50.00 lakhs from INR 69.54 lakhs due to higher other expenses in an earlier quarter. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
