Emmforce Autotech Ltd, an auto components manufacturer listed on BSE SME (incorporated October 2023, listed April 2024), has approved its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY2026. Consolidated revenue from operations grew 28.7% to Rs 11,264.58 lakh from Rs 8,754.05 lakh in FY2025. Net profit after tax increased 48.9% to Rs 1,200.93 lakh from Rs 806.49 lakh. Basic EPS improved to Rs 5.88 from Rs 3.93. The statutory auditors (Vijay Jindal & Associates) issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The subsidiary (Emmforce Mobility Solutions) reported a net loss of Rs 375.77 lakh on total revenue of Rs 1,215.93 lakh.
Strong financial performance with revenue growth above 20% and PAT growth above 25%. Clean audit opinion removes any immediate concerns. The large subsidiary loss may warrant monitoring but holding company financials remain healthy.
