Emmvee Photovoltaic Power has fixed September 18, 2026 as the record date for a dividend of Re. 1.00 per equity share (face value Rs. 2.00) for financial year 2025-26. The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the AGM scheduled for September 25, 2026. If approved, it will be paid within 30 days of declaration, after tax deduction at source. Investors who hold shares by the close of business on the record date will be eligible to receive the dividend.
