Empire Industries' Board, at its meeting on 11 February 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 and the nine months ended 31 December 2025. Revenue from operations rose to ₹18,864.40 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from ₹17,550.32 lakhs in Q3 FY25 (~7.5% YoY), while nine-month revenue grew ~9.2% to ₹53,582.88 lakhs. Net profit for Q3 was ₹1,058.38 lakhs (vs ₹1,051.60 lakhs, ~0.6% YoY) and for 9M stood at ₹3,259.64 lakhs (vs ₹3,001.06 lakhs, ~8.6% YoY). EPS for Q3 was ₹17.64 and for 9M was ₹54.33. The company made an additional provision of ₹21.18 crores in Q3 towards a long-pending receivable of ₹50.55 crores from DESNL/OIL, Gabon, taking the cumulative doubtful provision to ₹40.44 crores (80%). Statutory auditor A.T. Jain & Co. issued an unqualified limited review opinion.
Operational performance is steady with single-digit revenue and profit growth, but the ₹21.18 crore one-time doubtful-debt provision in Q3 will weigh on reported quarterly earnings. The Gabon receivable overhang, though largely provided for now, remains a watchpoint; otherwise the results are broadly stable for shareholders.
